We pride ourselves in providing a casual and fun environment to make your photoshoot as stress-free as possible for you and your pets.
We start by meeting at our discussed location, introducing ourselves (and of course your beautiful models!) and chat about what sort of styles, poses and candid activities you would like to capture in your shoot. Inspiration photos are welcome!
We will then complete any necessary setup or preparation tasks and begin your photoshoot, capturing beautiful memories within your allotted timeframe.
You can expect wholesome moments, laughter and lots of fun!
Myself and my assistant have much experience in animal handling and will guide you and your pets to make the most of our time and ensure we have plenty of images to work with by the end of the shoot. We are always very patient with shy pets and allow extra time if needed for those who take a little longer to warm up to our presence.

After deciding which package suits you best, we will discuss and plan the details of your shoot. Starting with booking a date and time, we will find out what sort of style and photos you are hoping for, and where you would like your shoot to be held.

Once all the details are sorted, all that is left is to wash & groom your horse or pet, organise your outfits and equipment, and head out to meet us at your chosen location.

This is entirely up to you! Some shoots include multiple outfit changes if you wish to try some different styles. Popular clothing choices for Equine portrait shoots include dresses, cowboy/cowgirl gear or show attire. It is suggested that hair and makeup are done for your shoot, but not required if you prefer a natural look.

While we can edit out scars, blemishes and spots of dirt, it is encouraged to have your horse (or pet) well groomed and any gear  and accessories appropriately cleaned and ready to be on display.

Show (leather) halters or bridles are suggested for your horse, and/or a simple rope halter if you are wanting this edited out.

If you are uncomfortable riding bareback, bring along your usual riding tack.

For liberty lunging photos, lunge leads and whips are advised.

Unsoiled collars and leashes are suggested for pets, although we are able to edit these out if desired. Harnesses etc are not advised. Be sure to bring along their favourite toys and treats!

Payment can be made by direct deposit, or cheque.

Upon booking a date, a non refundable deposit is expected to be made to secure your session. Full payment may be made in advance or paid upon completion of your photoshoot session

Turn around time can vary depending on current workload, session length and various personal circumstances.
You may typically expect your photos to be finished editing within a week or two of your shoot.
An estimate will be given at the time of your session and updates will be given throughout the editing process.
